Yahoo! today announced that they have added a Deputy CEO in charge of human resources, and this is also a woman.
Accordingly, the "new" Yahoo! is Ms. Jaqueline Reses will be appointed Deputy CEO in charge of recruitment, human resource development and looking for talent to the company. She officially worked at Yahoo! on July 9. This is the location where David Windley abandoned last month.
"We are very glad to join the Yahoo! team Jakie to help us find and retain the top talent," CEO Yahoo! Mayer said in a statement. "Experience in the past 2 decades will help Jackie to organizational structure, programs, and strategies to build Yahoo! into a world-class company of media and technology".
Prior to joining Yahoo! Reses served as head of the U.s. Media Group Apax Partners. She also served as Executive Director for a software company that specializes in real estate and also had 7 years of iBuilding worked for Goldman Sachs.
CEO Marissa Mayer seems to actively recruit new talents in order to implement the strategy. Last month, she had been recruited to the founder and CEO of page sharing pictures Lockerz Kathy Savitt is she doing marketing director.
